Where are REIN products made?
REIN is designed with love in Toronto, Canada.
We work directly with our manufacturer in Shenzhen, China, eliminating middlemen or agents to ensure transparency and control at every step of the process. From sourcing fabric to packaging, we are personally involved in every detail.
Our high standards ensure we partner with a capable manufacturer to produce a beautiful and well made product.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the weight of your order. During checkout, you’ll see the shipping options and their associated fees. We also offer free shipping on orders $150 CAD (or $110 USD) and over.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
At REIN, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We carefully inspect every item to ensure it meets our high standards before it reaches you. Since each item is meticulously handcrafted, you may notice slight variations in construction. These unique characteristics are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason other than verified issues related to product quality. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or quality concern, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the product. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
